How to Prevent Data Loss? The answer is simple, you just need to:

“BACKUP”

all your important data. Whether using freeware Backup Tools or payed Backup Tools. The important task you every day or week or even month is backup your important data. Other preventions are useless if you have not backup your data first.

You can backup your data to an external usb storage, CD or DVD media, network computer, server, or free online storage. The better way to keep you data safe from “Data Loss” is make a double backup, I recommend you to backup your data to external usb storage, then network computer. At least you have 2 backup location. These are how to prevent data loss in simple way.
