My costumer computer got virus and his autocad 2008 not responding when loading. The other application worked fine. And the Windows Xp loading also has problem, the loading will stack for 2 or 3 minutes after loading Desktop icon.
The virus here was a simple virus, it was cleaned by Eset Nod32 Antivirus easily. Then I used the CCleaner to cleanup the Windows System and other start up applications that not important. But the system still stack after loading desktop icon and the Autocad 2008 still not responding when loading.
I checked the Events Log in Administrative Tool (in Control Panel), and I saw that there is a problem in “Microsoft.Net framework 2.0” could not be loading. So, I go to Add or remove Programs, and click “Microsoft.Net framework 2.0” and choose remove and repair the “Microsoft.Net framework 2.0“.
After that, Autocad 2008 and Windows loading fine as normally. Thank to Events Log. Because in the Events Log record all the application, system, or security event in Events Log. That is “How to solved computer problem with Events Log“.
