How to clean your PC from worms and spyware?
In my work, I always use the following step and tool to clean my customer computer. Actually, everyone can do it by themseft to do computer repair service for viruses and spyware cleaning.
The viruses and spyware always running behind the windows explorer, so you need to clean it from the Windows Registry first. Forget the Antivirus or any Internet Security that you are using now.
1. Use the Trojan Remover tool to clean the Windows Registry. Try to running cleaning process in “Safe Mode”.
2. Use Trend Micro Hijackthis to find out more unseen windows registry and files that loaded on Windows.
3. Use Lspfix and Winsockfix tool to fix the network adapter setting.
4. Use Spybot Search & Destroy to scan the spyware, adware, malwares and also trojan in safe mode.
5. Use Ccleaner to clean your harddisk from trash files.
6. Update the antivirus software and do complete scanning on harddrive.
