For Windows Xp, you may find it on “system properties“, Advanced layar. Click on “settings” onĀ  “Performance, Visual effects, processor scheduling, memory usage, and virtual memory” option. Choose the “Adjust for best performance”.

If you still like “appearance” before, you can choose three option from bottom, that are:

  1. Use common task in folders.
  2. Use drop shadows for icon lables on the desktop.
  3. Use visual styles on windows and buttons
