Windows 7 Starter
The least-featured edition of Windows 7; the Windows Aero theme is not included, and it isn’t available in a 64-bit variant. The desktop wallpaper, and Visual Style (Windows 7 Basic) is also not user-changeable. This edition is available pre-installed on computers through system integrators or computer manufacturers.
Windows 7 Home Basic
Windows 7 Home Basic is available in emerging markets such as , Brazil, People’s Republic of China, India,, Pakistan, the Philippines, and Thailand. It is not available in countries such as Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. Some Aero options are excluded along with several new features.Home Basic, along with other editions sold in emerging markets, include geographical activation restriction, which requires users to activate Windows within certain region or country.
Windows 7 Home Premium
This edition contains features aimed at the home market segment, such as Windows Media Center, Windows Aero and touch-screen controls.
Windows 7 Professional
This edition is targeted towards enthusiasts and small business users. It includes all the features of Windows 7 Home Premium, and adds the ability to participate in a Windows Server domain. Additional features include operating as a Remote Desktop server, location aware printing, Encrypting File System, Presentation Mode, Software Restriction Policies (but not the extra management features of AppLocker) and Windows XP Mode.
Windows 7 Enterprise
This edition targets the enterprise segment of the market and is sold through volume licensing to companies which have a Software Assurance contract with Microsoft. Additional features include support for Multilingual User Interface (MUI) packages, BitLocker Drive Encryption, and UNIX application support. Not available through retail or OEM channels, this edition is distributed through Microsoft Software Assurance (SA). As a result it includes several SA-only benefits, including a license allowing the running of multiple virtual machines, and activation via VLK.
Windows 7 Ultimate
Windows 7 Ultimate contains the same features as Windows 7 Enterprise, but unlike the Enterprise edition it is available to home users on an individual license basis. Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows 7 Professional users are able to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate for a fee using Windows Anytime Upgrade if they wish to do so. Unlike Windows Vista Ultimate, the Windows 7 Ultimate edition does not include the Windows Ultimate Extras feature or any exclusive features.

There are so many applications software the market, some of them can be free download with a license agreement. Sometime, we are confusing to understand what is the meaning of Freeware, Shareware or Open Source. Ok, let me make a sort description for those definition.
Open source software is one of the larger categories of free software and it is free in more than one way. By definition, the source code (human readable program) is made available to anyone and may be modified by anyone who agrees to make their coding public also. That characteristic is often described as “free as in freedom” due to the freedom to modify the code.
Most, but no all, open source software is also “free as in beer” meaning it is given away with no payment required like being given free beer. For most of us this the “free” that we really care about because we can get some very useful or fun software for free. However, open source software is often of high quality because many very good programmers collaborate and share their skills and hard work.
Freeware
Some people call open source software freeware, but generally, freeware is defined as software that is available for free, but the source code is usually not shared. Most freeware programs are provided by individual programmers or companies that wish to share their software with the public. Freeware my be provided as a way to market other commercial programs or the author may just want to share the software with others.
Freeware often has more restrictions on use than open source. Many freeware authors don’t allow their software to be used by businesses for free and may even sell a professional version for business use.
Shareware
Programmers and companies sometimes make their programs available for a limited trial period. Shareware is usually fully functional and may or may not have a “nag screen” that encourages you to register the program. The trial period is usually two weeks or thirty days. Shareware games usually offer more levels or features when you pay to register them. Shareware is a recognized way to market software without the overhead of a publishing company.
Demos and Trial Software
Trial software and demo software are usually more limited in functionality than shareware. Often a trial business application will allow you to enter data but not print, or save a file. Game demos are usually only one or two levels just to give you a taste of the game.
Abandonware and Liberated Software
These terms usually refer to software or games that are no longer sold and supported by the publisher, but are available for free either unofficially or officially. The former term refers to software that has literally been abandoned and the later to software that the publisher has deliberately released to the public for free.
Public Domain Software
With all the other types of free software there is a copyright or license restrictions of some type. When software is released as public domain it means the creator of the work gives up ownership and anyone is free to do whatever they wish with the software. Typically, software is given to the public domain when the author wants people to be free to use it but has no interest in making money from it or supporting it in any way. As you can see there are many ways that software can be made available for free and I didn’t even talk about the darker side of free software such as adware, spyware, and illegal or pirated software. I’ll leave those topics for another time and another article.

How to Prevent Data Loss? The answer is simple, you just need to:
“BACKUP”
all your important data. Whether using freeware Backup Tools or payed Backup Tools. The important task you every day or week or even month is backup your important data. Other preventions are useless if you have not backup your data first.
You can backup your data to an external usb storage, CD or DVD media, network computer, server, or free online storage. The better way to keep you data safe from “Data Loss” is make a double backup, I recommend you to backup your data to external usb storage, then network computer. At least you have 2 backup location. These are how to prevent data loss in simple way.

Golden Computer Service - How to solved computer problem with Events Log
My costumer computer got virus and his autocad 2008 not responding when loading. The other application worked fine. And the Windows Xp loading also has problem, the loading will stack for 2 or 3 minutes after loading Desktop icon.
The virus here was a simple virus, it was cleaned by Eset Nod32 Antivirus easily. Then I used the CCleaner to cleanup the Windows System and other start up applications that not important. But the system still stack after loading desktop icon and the Autocad 2008 still not responding when loading.
I checked the Events Log in Administrative Tool (in Control Panel), and I saw that there is a problem in “Microsoft.Net framework 2.0” could not be loading. So, I go to Add or remove Programs, and click “Microsoft.Net framework 2.0” and choose remove and repair the “Microsoft.Net framework 2.0“.
After that, Autocad 2008 and Windows loading fine as normally. Thank to Events Log. Because in the Events Log record all the application, system, or security event in Events Log. That is “How to solved computer problem with Events Log“.

Yesterday, I worked on a PC with had been infected with Trojan Backdoor.Generic and had been cleaned with Eset Nod32 Antivirus. But still have problem in the Internet Explorer when trying to use Yahoo Mail in New Mail Theme. Try ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 for FREE 30 trial
When the user try to use Yahoo Mail in New Mail mode (not classic mode), there was a error show that the Yahoo Mail could not change because Internet Explorer has disable the “javascript” function. But, in Mozilla Firefox, Yahoo Mail work fine with no error.
Other problem is the chatting message on Yahoo Messenger not show on the chatting panel, even the Yahoo messenger has been reinstalled.

How to reset the ink level for Canon MX308?
Canon MX308 (Canon MX300 series) was indicating low ink levels for black and color. If you have refilled both of them, but You still have a low ink indication or ( “blk ink vol unkown” and “clr ink vol unkown” on the printer screen ).
Now, I find a solution how to reset the ink level for Canon Mx308, just follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the power cable
2. Connect it while holding down the power button
3. With the power button still down, press twice the “Cancel/Stop” red button
4. Release the power button
5. The printes turns into a kind of factory mode…(wait for about 10 seconds, utils it says “Idle”)
6. Press the “>” (next to the “OK” button) once.”Shipping Mode 3″
7. Press the “OK” button.
8. Press “OK” again for “Without cleaning”
9. A test page will print..
10. Open the cover, like you are about to change the cartridges.
11. Disconnect the power cable again.
12. Take out both cartridges.
13. Close the cover.
14. Connect the power cable once again.
15. Turn the printer on.
16. Now just put the cartridges back…
I have tried and could reset the inks volume to 100% full. These steps also work fine on other Pixma Mx300 series….
